Product Manager: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, defining and driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs. Conduct user research, market research, competitive analysis, and usability studies to understand customer experience and inform product decisions. Identify product gaps and develop solutions to increase adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and support company growth. Translate product strategy into written product requirements and specifications (e.g., PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), product prototypes, and roadmaps; work closely with design and engineering teams to develop prototypes and interfaces and drive execution. Scope and prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and resource considerations. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver product releases and drive launches of new products. Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product improvements and updates; improve design and functionality of existing products using performance data and competitive benchmarking. Prepare and present product plans, launch updates, and performance insights to leadership and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the Korea-based Research & Development team to align product requirements, share user insights, and ensure consistency in global product strategy.
MIN REQ: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, and two (2) years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related role. Experience must include: Conducting user research and market analysis to define product direction; Drafting product requirements and specifications (e.g., PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) and collaborating on product concepts and user experience designs; Leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver new product launches; Identifying market opportunities and driving adoption of data-driven technologies; Improving products through iterative design and customer feedback, including postlaunch performance evaluation and enhancements.
